These terms apply to your use of the Euphoria Boutique online store and to every purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Adults only

This store sells lingerie and intimate products and is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to browse the store, create an account or place an order. By entering the store or ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may cancel any order we believe was placed by someone under age.

2. Local laws

You are responsible for making sure that buying, importing and using our products is lawful where you live. We may refuse or cancel orders to destinations where a product cannot lawfully be delivered.

3. Products and images

We try to show products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible, but screens differ and the colour or fit you receive may vary slightly. Some product photos show garments on digitally generated models.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless your checkout shows another currency, and they may change before you place your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

The available payment options are shown at checkout. For cash on delivery orders, the full amount is paid to the courier when your order is delivered.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy.

7. Product use and safety

Massage oils and candles are for external use only. Read the directions on the product page and the packaging, do a patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

9. Content and trademarks

The text, images and branding in this store belong to Euphoria Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Euphoria Boutique is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
