Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose. We email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Cash on delivery

Where cash on delivery is offered at checkout, please have the exact amount ready in cash when the courier arrives.

Customs, duties and import rules

Orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are paid by the recipient. You are responsible for making sure the products you order can be lawfully imported into and used in your country.

Wrong addresses and refused deliveries

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the delivery was refused, we can send it again once the new shipping cost is paid, or refund the order minus the shipping costs.
